FATS HOLLA and SKINNY GERVANTI have worked in the McLaren Vale vineyards for more than thirty years. They’ve been training vines, weeding, pruning, picking and now understand when our vines are at their best.

The wine is Fats’ favourite. He is a gun picker and adamant he can taste which varieties work best together.
