Our Montepulciano Remastered is made using a technique that involves gently repassing our Montepulciano wine over Barbera skins to add brightness and a lively acidity to the palate. Made in a drink-now style, this medium-bodied wine is best enjoyed with fennel sausage gnocchi, a rich vegetable lasagne or slightly chilled with wood-fired pizza in the summer.

Only 60 cases crafted. Hand bottled by our incredible Small Batch Society members in December 2023.
