Cabernet Sauvignon | 2021

For more than 30 years we have been growing Cabernet Sauvignon, nurturing separate blocks of varying vine ages, clones and rootstocks. The combination of these unique parcels of grapes builds layers of complex flavours and, when matured with carefully selected oak and cellaring, creates the bedrock of a great wine.

Savoury and herbaceous with notes of seasoned dusty oak. Black currant, blackberry and dark berry fruit on the palate. Medium intensity with well-integrated, pronounced tannins and a long finish.

PAIR IT WITH

A pan-fried filet Mignon or a hearty portobello mushroom pappardelle.
