Once Around the Sun | 2019

Australia is renowned for its blends of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon; where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Grown on mature McLaren Vale vineyards, our flagship wine has received 365 days of extended maceration to build immense complexity. It was matured 'once around the sun', and will continue to develop with extended time in the cellar. Pair this wine with a chargrilled ribeye fillet with sautéed warrigal greens for a special occasion.
