FATS HOLLA and SKINNY GERVANTI worked in the vineyards. Over the years, with their weeding, vine training, pruning and picking, they got to know those vines like friends and understood when a vine was feeling at its best.
The wine is Fats’ favourite, he is an ace picker and reckons he can taste out in the vineyard what goes best together.
This time it’s Shiraz, Tempranillo and Barbera blended wine.
The result is a balance of berry flavours and savoury tones with gentle tannins. The perfect wine for one of Fats’ legendary barbeques.
