38 DAYS, a premium blend of Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon is our flagship wine. A great Australian blend showcasing the elegance and fruit flavours of McLaren Vale’s iconic varieties.

Fermentation on skins for 38 days has extracted the more complex tannins from the skins and seeds, in a technique called extended maceration. The result is a wine with great depth of structure and mouthfeel, delightfully complex with wonderful savoury flavours.

Estate Grown, 51% Shiraz and 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is perfectly paired with a roast pork belly and crackling or a succulent rare kangaroo fillet. These and other great dishes will prove this wine to be – A wine made for eating.
